Flush Door Structure
Prasthanam's flush doors are a rare example of grace and strength combined in a design that is resplendent in its splendour. These doors are not only created to be aesthetically pleasing, but they also coordinate with the outside and interior design of the aforementioned homes.
Our flush doors have a cross band, a veneer face on either side, and a solid and blockboard core. We use chemical vacuum pressing to reinforce wood in accordance with IS: 10013 and IS: 401. According to IS: 1144, the moisture is handled through the seasoning process in an automatic kiln facility. An architect can also create a unique design for our selection of doors, frames, and solutions based on the needs of their client.
- Commercial Doors : using face veneers made of premium industrial hardwood.
- Decorative Doors : with a variety of laminations and decorative skins, as well as one or both side face veneers made of decorative wood like Teak, Wenge, or Sapeli.
- Thickness : 30, 32, 35, 38, 40, 45, 50 & 55 mm in double or single leaf construction.
- Size :Given in standard size in accordance with ISI or as required.
- Core Options : Timber core , Particleboard , Honeycomb core
